Creator Cost Lab is an independent website about the cost of tools for solo creators, operated by KARASU. For questions about this policy or your information, email hello@creatorcostlab.com.
Information you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use them to read and respond to your inquiry, investigate a correction, and maintain a record of the conversation when needed. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information by email.
Information generated when you visit
Our hosting provider may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and access times. Site administrators may receive WordPress login and preference cookies. We do not currently offer a public account, newsletter signup, or contact form.
Analytics, advertising, and affiliate links
As of the date above, we have not configured a Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager ID in the site theme, and we have not activated a dedicated analytics plugin. We have not added affiliate tracking links or advertising placements to the site editorial pages. If these practices change, we will update this notice before or when they go live. External sites reached through ordinary links have their own privacy practices.
Sharing and retention
Our hosting and email service providers process information as needed to operate the site and mailbox. We do not sell the contents of emails sent to us. We keep correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, handle corrections, maintain records, or meet applicable obligations; exact periods may vary. The hosting control panel is currently set to retain site access logs for one week. This setting may change, and the provider may process other operational records under its own policies.
Your choices and requests
You can ask what information you have sent us, request correction or deletion where applicable, or ask a privacy question by emailing hello@creatorcostlab.com. We may need to verify a request before acting on it. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically explain why they are necessary.
Changes
We will update this page when our collection, measurement, advertising, or affiliate practices materially change. The date at the top shows when the text was last revised.
